Comment : When we arrived at the hotel I reserved they did not have a room for us. So, they sent us to a different property nearby. They paid for the cab and provided a free breakfast for the inconvenience. It worked out fine for us, but I'm sure it could have made someone else extremely upset.

Comment : We arrived early and left our bags. However, when we returned at 4pm the room was still not ready and we were kept waiting while it was finished. No apology was offered. On our departure day we went out in the morning and returned before check-out time only to find our room key had been disabled and a cleaner had already been in to start clearing the room! We complained and were allowed back in, but again there was no apology. This poor service and the general rudeness of staff was very disappointing, which was a shame because the hotel is in a very good location.

Comment : Absolutely great location. Just around the corner from the top of Las Ramblas and a 2 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. There are 2 metro/subway stops within 2 min walk (one directly across the street!). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We received numerous suggestions regarding where to eat and all were excellent. Any time we needed directions to a location, they were willing to help and provided very good information. Overall a great experience. The lobby and the rooms were very modern and tastefully decorated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasurable stay in the heart of Barcelona.

Comment : Bien qu'ayant réservé une chambre double à usage individuel, (175 euro) à mon arrivée la chambre était une chambre individuelle, mal située (rez de chaussée), dans un angle, sombre et de dimension très réduite. Le lendemain, après avoir réclamé à la réception, ils m'ont changé et cette fois j'ai pu profiter d'une belle chambre au 4ème étage.
Ayant utilisé le spa, de qualité, situé au 2ème dessous, je regrette que l'on doive traverser tout le hall au rez en peignoir pour changer d'ascenseur.
